Do you support cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is a first-class payment type. Collected cash appears in the portal wallet after successful delivery.
Can customers track parcels?
Each shipment carries live status updates from pickup through delivery that support and customers can follow.
Which cities and governorates are covered?
Wijha operates lanes across covered Egyptian cities and governorates through its hub network. Confirm destinations in the portal when creating a shipment.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on lanes, volume, parcel profile, and COD mix. Fees stay visible beside collections in the wallet — see the pricing page for what shapes your rate card.
